Coach Miro "REKKO" Recicar

​

For more than 15 years, coach Miro has been dedicated to developing goaltenders who aspire to compete  at the highest levels of hockey.

​

After an accomplished playing career in Europe and the USA, Miro transitioned behind the bench with one goal - helping young goaltenders reach their full potential... His experience as both a player and coach allows him to teach the position with a unique combination of technical precision, game awareness and mental preparation.

​

Throughout his coaching career, Coach Rekko  has guided numerous goalies to top prep schools, junior hockey, collegiate opportunities and championship-winning teams. His individualized approach recognizes that every goalie develops differently and every training session is designed to built confidence, sharpen fundamentals and prepare athletes for the demands of elite competition.

​

Known for his attention to detail, high standards and genuine passion for teaching, Coach Miro has earned the trust of players and families throughout the hockey community. While he works with goalies and young students of goaltending across the Northeast, he remains proud to call NYC - Brooklyn home and continues to invest in the growth of young men and women throughout out the region and other states and countries.
